Deepika Padukone work front

Deepika Padukone will next be seen in Shah Rukh Khan’s King, directed by Siddharth Anand. The film also stars Suhana Khan, Rani Mukerji, Abhishek Bachchan, Anil Kapoor and Jackie Shroff in key roles, and is slated for a 2026 release. Along with this, she is working on AA22XA6, a Atlee direction with Allu Arjun as co-star. In addition, actresses Rashmika Mandanna and Mrunal Thakur are rumoured to be part of the ensemble cast. Allu Arjun might take up quadruple role, making it his first film to feature multiple avatars on such a scale. It is her first collabration with the Pushpa star. As far as Deepika's portions are concerned, the source told Mid-day that, "Her portions, which will be action-centric, will be shot across India and overseas." Deepika was last seen in Singham Again (2024) and welcomed her first child, Dua Padukone Singh, with husband Ranveer Singh.
