Dogra is one of the fifty personalities who participated in The 50. Hosted by Farah Khan, the reality show premiered on JioHotstar on February 1. Days after the show premiered, the actress' brother, Akshay Dogra, exclusively interacted with Zoom. In conversation with us, Akshay shared his thoughts about his sister's game in the show. The actor, who was recently seen in Vadh 2, shared that the actress initially seemed a little out of place. That said, Akshay is proud of his sister for not letting go of her value system on the reality show.

Speaking to Zoom, Akshay said, "Now, she has started holding on her own. Initially, I think she was a little out of place. It's been such a long time for her to have done a reality show. The whole landscape of reality shows has changed completely. Ridhi's been just concentrating on acting and on work which has been coming her way."

The Vadh 2 actor stated that when Ridhi decided to take up The 50, it was challenging for her. And he could see that challenge in the first few episodes of the show. "But I think now she's holding her own and I'm proud of it and not letting go of your value systems is something... whatever comes out of it is different. But especially in such shows where you can sort of really lose track of your value systems... she's her holding it together. It is phenomenal. I think that's just a win," he told us.

Akshay Dogra's work front

Meanwhile, on the work front, Akshay made his Bollywood debut with Jaspal Singh Sandhu's Vadh 2. Co-starring Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta, the crime thriller was theatrically released on February 6. The actor essays the role of main antagonist Keshav in the movie. While Sanjay is seen as Shambhunath Mishra, Neena plays the character of Manju. Apart from them, the movie stars Kumud Mishra, Yogita Bihani, Shilpa Shukla, and others. The film will stream on Netflix after its theatrical run ends.
