Directed by Buchi Babu Sana and featuring Janhvi Kapoor alongside Ram Charan, the film is also being celebrated by megastar Chiranjeevi, who shared a heartfelt note congratulating his son and the entire team behind the project. Despite being away for a film shoot, Chiranjeevi said his heart was with Peddi and wrote about how happy he is seeing Ram Charan’s dedication and commitment to bringing the character to life on screen.

Chiranjeevi took to social media to congratulate Ram Charan and the entire cast and crew. Calling the film an blockbuster, the veteran actor write that he was happy to see the overwhelming appreciation coming from audiences. Chiranjeevi revealed that although he is currently in Pollachi shooting for his next film, his has been thinking about Peddi.
He said he had witnessed the immense hard work and dedication that Ram Charan invested in the project over the last two years. The actor also mentioned in his post that seeing audiences embrace the film filled him with happiness, not only as a father but also as a fellow actor. He went on to heap praise on Ram Charan's perseverance, honesty, and his ability to immerse into the role were evident throughout the film.

Meanwhile, Chiranjeevi is currently filming his next project with director Bobby Kolli in Pollachi. Tentatively titled Chiru 158, the film marks their second collaboration after the success of Waltair Veerayya.
Produced by KVN Productions, the project was officially launched with a pooja ceremony in May. Produced by KVN Productions and backed by producer Venkat K Narayana, the film marks the banner's maiden venture in Telugu cinema after successfully producing projects in Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi. The project boasts a strong technical team, with S. Thaman composing the soundtrack and Vijay Karthik Kannan handling cinematography. Actors Anaswara Rajan and Priyamani play pivotal roles in the film.
