Inspired by his character in the web show, Vijay Varma joined the trend by posting cleverly edited photos of himself at an event and playfully inserted himself into the fashion event. His quirky appearance at the Met Gala red carpet as Matka King character Brij Bhatt left everyone amused.

He captioned the post as, “Cotton market se MET gala Tak.. Brij Bhatti ka style chalta hai #METKaKing.” In the picture, one can see the actor wearing a white short kurta, white panache and a black sunglasses. He completed his look by wearing kolhapuri chappals. Vijay’s post is going viral on social media, and netizens can’t stop gushing over his ‘MET’ Ka King look on social media. For the unversed, Karan Johar, Isha Ambani and others from India also graced the Met Gala 2026 event in New York.
