As per reports, the film’s post-theatrical streaming rights have been bagged by ZEE5. It is speculated that the film's OTT release date will be released soon. Kiss is a romantic fantasy film about the protagonist, who hates the idea of love, but soon after he gets hold a magical book, he gets a special power. It is how he ends up seeing the future of those couples he witnesses kissing. Unaware of what to do next, he goes in search of the girl who gave him the book, only to realise that she appears in his vision. The film also features VTV Ganesh, Devayani, Kausalya, RJ Vijay, Kalyan Master, Rao Ramesh, and Prabhu. Besides them, Vijay Sethupathi also lent his voice as narrator.

Director Gautham Vasudev Menon took to social media to show his appreciation for the film. The director wrote on his X page, "Congratulations to the young and talented team behind Kiss! Kiss is a good one!" He added, "Way to go my boy Sathish Krishnan." It has to be stated that Sathish Krishnan was part of the Gautham Vasudev Menon directorial Vaaranam Aayiram. Sathish Krishnan played the role of Surya's friend in the film, marking this as one of his earliest acting roles.Apart from directing, Sathish Krishnan has also written this film, with dialogues by Mugil and R Savari Muthu. Dinesh Subbarayan and Rambo Vimal join the stunt department with Peter Hein. The lyricists for the film are Vishnu Edavan, Ashique AR, and Venu Selvan, with music composed by Jen Martin.The film is backed by Romeo Pictures with Raahul as its producer.
