A day after completing a decade of marital bliss, Sonam and Anand revealed the name of their newborn, which carries a special connection to elder brother Vayu’s name. Their little bundle of joy was born on the sacred day of Ekadashi, and the couple chose a divine name to honour Lord Vishnu. Along with the announcement, they also shared the first pictures of their family of four.

That's the name of Vayu's younger brother.Sonam said that, in the spirit of the divine force that had once again transformed their lives, their second son was born on the auspicious occasion of Ekadashi under Vishnu’s grace. She described his arrival as a sign, a karmic alignment, and a divine pairing with his brother, calling him a blessing they deeply honour.

In her post, she explained that in the Vedas, Rudra is derived from the root rud, meaning "to roar." It is the mightiest of the mighty, the one who removes suffering at its source and represents storms, breath, healing, and renewal. She added that he is connected to Vayu, the prana that flows through all beings.She said that their firstborn carries the name of Vishnu, the sustainer of life, and with Rudra, a sacred continuity of breath and power, preservation and transformation emerges. This signifies one strengthening the other. She wished, "Like his name, may Rudra grow to be fearless, compassionate, deeply aware, and a force of strength and light."The actress concluded by expressing gratitude for love and blessings.
