He also shared that his scheduled singing events in Mumbai, Chennai, and Delhi will now be postponed. Vir also assured fans who bought tickets or RSVP’d for signings that they will receive options to reschedule or request a refund. On Saturday, he announced, "Hey guys, I’ve got a family emergency. Need to head home this week. I’ve got two Sounds of India shows this weekend. Two book signing events this week in Mumbai. And a college fest in Delhi. We are gonna push everything to Jan/Feb."The comedian added, "If you bought SOI tickets we will give you the option to reschedule to the new date or refund. If you RSVPd for the signings, we will send you a new link with the date and you’ll get the first option before the public because you hit that button first. We will be in touch with new dates in about a week. Sorry about this. Need to head home. Truly unavoidable.
