The asset is located in Mumbai’s Chandivali area near Powai. As per property registration documents, the deal was registered in January 2026. The property is located at Balaji IT Park (DC-10 Building) in Chandivali, Mumbai. It has a built-up area of around 30,195 sq. metres (about 3.25 lakh sq. ft.).
