Actor Ayushmann Khurrana is currently on cloud nine and for all the right reasons. His latest film Thamma, is doing well at the box office. Now, the actor welcomed Aneet Padda into Maddock’s Horror Comedy

Universe (MHCU) with Shakti Shalini. Sharing the opening credits on Instagram, Ayushmann praised Aneet, calling her a proud talent from Punjab and encouraging her to chase her dreams.

Ayushmann took to social media to welcome Saiyaara fame Aneet Padda into the MHCU with Shakti Shalini. For the unversed, the announcement happened with Thamma's opening credits in theatres. On October 25, sharing the same, Ayushmann wrote, “Welcome to the MHCU, @aneetpadda… Punjabi aa gaye oye!! From one dreamer to another - keep chasing what you want. Earlier, Ayushmann said, as reported by IANS, “When my visionary producer Dinesh Vijan had told me that Thamma was releasing in Diwali, I was thrilled because it was something that I had always wished would happen in my career.” He also added, “Thamma is the tentpole film of my career, and I’m fortunate to have got Diwali to release it. Every year, I used to go to theatres with my family to watch a superstar’s film release. Today, I went to the theatres to watch my film with my family. It feels incredible!”Thamma, featuring Ayushmann, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Rashmika Mandanna, explores a vampire-filled fictional world and crosses over with Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya.
