When will Dhurandhar The Revenge, Raw & Undekha release on OTT?
After much delay, JioHotstar took to social media to announce that
Dhurandhar: The Revenge extended version will have a grand digital premiere on June 4, 2026, at 7 pm. It would begin streaming on June 5 on JioHotstar. The streaming service also posted a new promo of the film's OTT release.
The delayed OTT release is only for Indian fans. On May 14, Netflix announced that
Dhurandhar The Revenge, Raw & Undekha featuring Ranveer Singh would begin streaming on their platform from May 15 at midnight. International fans are already enjoying the extended version (by about three minutes) of the action drama. Initially, the first part of
Dhurandhar had been released on Netflix, but the makers chose for the second part to debut on JioHotstar instead.
Why is Dhurandhar The Revenge, Raw & Undekha delayed in India?
The sequel of the film is delayed because the streaming service decided to hold back the big blockbuster until after the 2026 Indian Premier League (IPL) gets over. The final is scheduled to take place on May 31, 2026, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The playoffs are currently on to determine the final competitors. By holding the film to until after the IPL, the streamer can also hold on to more subcribers for the new month.
