Chiranjeevi confirmed the news on X. Moments before Upasana's delivery, Ram was seen outside the hospital. The new mother announced her second pregnancy in October 2025. Ram and Upasana have a daughter, named Klin Kaara Konidela. In an official statement, Chiranjeevi confirmed that the mother and babies are healthy. Upasana and Ram have been married for 14 years. They tied the knot in 2012. Ram, an actor, and Upasana, a philanthropist, met as schoolmates. Many years later, they reconnected and started dating.
