Outside Sanjay Khan's Mumbai residence, several Bollywood personalities gathered to pay their respects to his mother, Zarine Khan, who passed away today, November 7, at the age of 81 after prolonged age-related health issues. The late wife of veteran actor Sanjay Khan is survived by her husband and children, Sussanne Khan, Simone Arora, Farah Ali Khan, and Zayed Khan.Hrithik Roshan rushed to pay his respects following the sudden demise of his ex-wife Sussanne Khan’s mother, Zarine Khan.

Zarine Khan, who had earlier appeared in classics like Tere Ghar Ke Saamne and Ek Phool Do Mali, married filmmaker Sanjay Khan in 1966. Zarine remained a constant source of strength in Sanjay's life. Their enduring bond saw them weather many storms together, including the devastating fire on the sets of The Sword of Tipu Sultan in 1990, which left the filmmaker with serious burn injuries.
