On Friday, Sidhu's new song Barota alongside Sweetaj Brar was released on YouTube. Within just a day of its release, the song climbed to #1 on the music trending chart. Moosewala's voice in the track has once again moved fans emotionally. The late singer also penned the lyrics and composed the music for Barota. Like the previous 11 songs released after his death, the latest track quickly went viral. Within just 30 minutes, it got over 7 lakh views, 2.5 lakh likes, and 2 lakh comments.
As per the video description, Moosewala is the singer, lyricist and composer of the song. He even features in the video through some old footage and reportedly some AI-generated visuals.
