Singh's spy thriller, Dhurandhar, was unstoppable at the box office and now has taken over the OTT space as well. The film managed to keep the momentum alive and is now one of the top binge suggestions on Netflix. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the spy thriller was released on December 5, 2025. The second part, titled Dhurandhar: The Revenge, arrived in theatres on March 19 and is now heading towards becoming the highest-grossing Indian film ever. As it completes 21 days at the theatre, the spy thriller finally crossed Rs 1000 crore net in India. However, the momentum now appears to be slowing, with collections witnessing a dip.

The spy action thriller has maintained its stellar momentum well into its third week and is now swiftly moving closer towards the Rs 1200 crore mark in India. Starring actor Ranveer Singh in the lead, the film tells the origin story of his character, Jaskirat Singh Rangi. The latest update from Sacnilk states that Dhurandhar 2 has managed to collect Rs 7.90 crore on its 21st day of release, which was a Wednesday. This brings the total India gross collections to Rs 1246.67 crore and the total India net collections to Rs 1041.27 crore so far.

Dhurandhar 2's fan base has been growing ever since it was released in theatres. Recently, Rajinikanth praised the film and called director Aditya Dhar 'box office ka baap.' Filmmakers Ram Gopal Varma, SS Rajamouli, Rakesh Roshan and renowned actors like Mahesh Babu, Allu Arjun, Jr NTR have also lauded the movie.

The film also shows how he was trained to become Hamza Ali Mazari. It takes the story forward after Rehman Dakait's death and the rise of a new antagonist. Dhurandhar 2 featured an intense face-off between Arjun Rampal and Ranveer. The movie also features R Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi and others.On the work front, Ranveer is reportedly set to star in a zombie thriller titled Pralay, which is expected to mark the theatrical debut of filmmaker Hansal Mehta’s son, Jai Mehta.
