Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has reportedly leased out his Vastu apartment in Bandra’s upscale Pali Hill area for a whopping Rs 11 lakh per month. The five-year agreement was recently signed, nearly a year after he moved into his lavish new family home, the Krishna Raj Bungalow.

Ranbir has leased out his former luxury apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill area for a hefty price tag. According to reports, the
Ramayana actor has signed a five-year leave-and-license agreement for his 2,460 sq ft residence in the Vaastu Building, Bandra West.The apartment has been rented out at a jaw-dropping Rs 11 lakh per month. It has been leased to Aditya Shukla for a five-year period, with a 5 per cent rent escalation clause included in the agreement. As per the documents, the deal also required a security deposit of Rs 45 lakh.Ranbir had originally bought the property in 2016, reportedly for around Rs 35 crore. It has been designed by superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s wife and interior designer Gauri Khan. Notably, the house is extra special for RK, not just because he lived there for almost a decade, but also because this is where he married his longtime girlfriend Alia Bhatt. The duo tied the knot on April 14 on the balcony of their home, where they shared many special moments. It was an intimate wedding with only family members and close friends in attendance.

Last year, RK and Alia, along with their daughter Raha, moved into their lavish new home, the iconic Krishna Raj Bungalow. The mansion is also located in Bandra's Pali Hill area. It is the
most expensive celebrity residence, valued at a whopping Rs 250 crore. The six-storey bungalow is co-owned by Ranbir’s mother, Neetu Kapoor. Named after Rishi Kapoor’s mother, the
property holds significant sentimental value for the Kapoor family.
