Allu Arjun, Mahesh Babu NOT Selfish, Declares Rakul Singh: They’re United | EXCLUSIVE
Times Now
Rakul Preet Singh is one of the prettiest actresses in Bollywood. She has left everyone stunned and mesmerized every time she has appeared on screen. She indeed possesses a distinct charm that leaves a lasting
impact. This impact is a reflection of her personality, as she is a movie buff. She is known for her roles in several high-profile commercial successes. She made her Telugu debut with the film Keratam in 2011. The actress has worked with most of the top actors in Bollywood as well as the Tollywood industry. She recently sat for a podcast with Zoom and shared the difference she has felt between the film industries.
Rakul Preet Singh Lauds Allu Arjun, Mahesh Babu
She started off by lauding Pushpa fame Allu Arjun and said, "Allu Arjun was always very, very certain that he wants to see Telugu film industry rise and shine, and have like a global presence and I think he's been able to do that."
Praising South actors like Allu Arjun and Mahesh Babu, Singh added that they're not selfish in their approach to work, they are very united. She think that unity is something the actress has learned from there, because her conditioning happened there. "My first couple of years of work were there. So for me, it's very normal to praise someone else's work, to stand for someone else's work, to appreciate. I think that unity I have learned from the Telugu film industry. And they're standing for one another, absolutely. And I don't know any other way."
Further, the De De Pyaar 2star also shared how it's unfortunate that in Bollywood, they don't have that, because people start thinking, what's in it for them. "But I still nevertheless, do it, if somebody asks me, can you please share this song? Can you make a reel? Can you do it? Of course, I would."
Professional Front
She wants all the stars to genuinely be happy for another person's success. "It's not a competition with one another, who's number one, who's number two, who's in the top five. You will only remain there if the industry survives, only remain there if the industry is loved," the actress concluded. On the work front, Rakul was last seen in De De Pyaar De 2 co-starring Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan. She further has an untitled comedy film with Neena Gupta and yet another untitled with Arjun Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar in her interesting lineup of films ahead.
