Tehseen Poonawalla Slams Haters Trolling Salman Khan’s Expression In Battle Of Galwan Teaser: It’s Calm Aggression

Khan launched the first teaser of his next film, Battle Of Galwan, on the occasion of his 60th birthday (December 27). Sallu fans showered a lot of love on the teaser, but some haters criticised Salman’s expression in the tense scene. Now, Bigg Boss 13’s ex-contestant and political analyst, Tehseen Poonawalla, has come out in support of Salman Khan and explained that the smile on the actor’s face in the teaser is nothing but a ‘composure and calm aggression’. Tehseen also mentioned how Salman beautifully showed the pain and courage of the soldier who battles with the neighbouring countries for our safety.

Tehseen Poonawalla took to his X handle and penned a note in which he took a stand for Salman Khan after he got trolled massively for his expression in the Battle of Galwan teaser. The political analyst said, “Those trolling Salman for that slight smile in the #BattleOfGalwan teaser are missing the point. That isn’t casual - it’s composure. It’s calm aggression. It’s the look of a soldier who understands what he’s walking into and refused to panic when the enemy is right in front of him.”

He concluded his note by stating, “When a soldier steps onto the battlefield, there are only two outcomes: he either wins and protects his nation, or he sacrifices himself for it. For a soldier… both are victory. And the teaser makes that mindset clear with those lines: “Jawaano yaad rahe, zakham lage toh medal samajhna aur maut dikhe toh salaam karna… Aaj nahi toh phir kabhi.” “Maut se kya darna, usse toh aana hi hai.” That smile isn’t weakness. It’s acceptance. It’s courage. The show was won by Sidharth Shukla and was hosted by Salman Khan. Tehseen had also participated in Lock Upp. Coming back to Salman Khan, the Bollywood superstar’s next film, Battle Of Galwan, is being helmed by Apoorva Lakhia.
