Dhar’s Dhurandhar 2 or Dhurandhar The Revenge, starring Ranveer Singh as Hamza Ali Mazara is rewriting the global box office playbook. The espionage thriller has not only broken multiple records at the domestic box office, but has officially become the first Indian film to cross the $25 million mark in North America, while also setting a new benchmark in Germany. The Aditya Dhar directorial has amassed a massive Rs 1,622 crore earnings worldwide by the end of its third weekend. In this, India itself contributed around $132.1 million, highlighting the film’s massive appeal both domestically and in international waters.
Dhurandhar 2 And The North American Market
The North American market has emerged as the film’s biggest overseas stronghold. By overtaking the $25 million milestone - and now grossing over $26 million –
Dhurandhar The Revenge has overtaken the long-standing record held by SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali 2 The Conclusion, which had earned $20.2 million. This achievement cements Dhurandhar 2 as the highest-grossing Indian film in North America to date.
Dhurandhar 2 And Germany
Not only North America, Germany too is seeing a historic run for the film. Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar The Revenge is now the first Indian film to cross the €1 million (over Rs 10 crore) mark there, making it the highest-grossing Indian film in the country. The film’s sustained theatrical performance has been quite impressive as well with over 80 per cent of its overseas screens retaining the film well into its second week as well as continuing the momentum into week 3.

The film, which also has
Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Rakesh Bedi and Arjun Rampal in key roles, benefited from a wide-reaching global distribution strategy, when it hit approximately 2,200 cinemas and 3,000 screens internationally (excluding Gulf territories, where it remains banned till date), while also expanding into emerging markets such as Finland, Uruguay, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Romania, Chile, Mexico, and Cyprus.In a remarkable feat, the sequel surpassed the entire overseas lifetime collections of its predecessor, Dhurandhar, within just 10 days of release. As of now, Dhurandhar: The Revenge ranks fourth, trailing only Dangal, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, and Pushpa 2: The Rule.
Dhurandhar 2 Domestic Ranking
Back home, as of Day 19, Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge is currently running across 6,205 shows and has collected a net of Rs 2.36 Cr till now according to tracking website Sacnilk . This brings the total India gross collections to Rs 1,216.52 Cr and total India net to Rs 1,016.13 Cr so far, with India final collections yet to be reported.
