SRK's Manager Pooja Dadlani Makes Big Real Estate Move With 3 Bandra Apartments Purchase Worth Whopping Rs 32 Crore

Rukh Khan’s long-time manager Pooja Dadlani, along with her husband Hitesh Prakash Gurnani and her father Mohan Seoram Dadlani, have made a big real estate move. According to a recent report, the trio has bought three apartments in Mumbai’s Bandra neighbourhood for a combined Rs 38.21 crore. The details come from property registration records reviewed by CRE Matrix. The apartments are located on Carter Road in a building called Varun, which is currently being redeveloped. All three units are on an upper floor and were purchased from Tryksha Real Estate Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Lotus Developers.

As detailed in the property documents, one apartment has been registered in Pooja Gurnani’s name, while the other two have been bought separately by her husband and her father. Each flat has a carpet area of 1,511.15 sq ft, along with a balcony measuring 81.16 sq ft. Together, the three homes add up to a total area of 4,776 sq ft.

The deals were officially registered on April 21, 2026. A stamp duty of Rs 2.16 crore was paid, along with a registration fee of Rs 90,000. The purchase also includes six designated car parking spaces. The building is still under construction, and possession is expected by December 2028.According to CRE Matrix, the project is part of a redevelopment plan. The developer took over the project after acquiring development rights from the Varun Co-operative Housing Society and is now rebuilding the property under that model.

One of the units was rented from Jacky Bhagnani and his sister Deepshikha Deshmukh at a monthly rent of Rs 11.54 lakh, with a security deposit of Rs 32.97 lakh. The second duplex was leased from producer Vashu Bhagnani for Rs 12.61 lakh per month, with a deposit ofR Rs 36 lakh.
