Mandanna and Shahid Kapoor have teamed up for the first time in Cocktail 2. The Homi Adajania directorial, which also stars Kriti Sanon, is all set to hit theatres this Friday, and fans are eagerly awaiting its release. On Sunday, Rashmika hosted an Ask Me Anything session on Instagram and answered several questions from her followers. Many were curious about her camaraderie with her co-stars. While her bond with Kriti has already become the talk of the town, Rashmika was equally full of praise for Shahid. The Animal actress said there is never a dull moment with him and added that she would love to reunite with him for future projects.

When a user asked her to describe Shahid, she said that he always ensures everyone on set is happy, smiling, and well taken care of. She noted that one knows they will have a good time working with him. Rashmika added, "It was really nice working with him and I really hope I get to work with him again. P.S - Kunal and Diya always chatting away."
Speaking about Kriti, she wrote in an Instagram Story that she had a great time working with Kriti. She added that they instantly bonded over "girl energy." She also said that she would always root for Kriti and hoped they would work together in many more films in the future.

Cocktail, starring Deepika Padukone, Saif Ali Khan and Diana Penty, she clarified that it is only a spiritual or vibe sequel and has no connection to the earlier film’s story, characters or narrative.Contrary to the rumours, the team earlier clarified that the movie has no lesbian angle between the female leads. The curiosity around its plot is now growing, with fans sharing their theories on social media. However, the cast and makers are currently keeping it hush-hush. Recently, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) cleared the film with an ‘A’ rated certificate. It has been granted an adult certificate, and the runtime of the film is 2 hours and 30 minutes.The film is set to release in theatres on June 19, and the advance booking is now open.
