Cocktail 2 to possibly release in 3rd quarter of 2026

According to a report in Movie Reviews, the makers of the film are eyeing the third quarter of 2026 as the release date for Cocktail 2. Cocktail 2 is produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films, with the script written by Luv Ranjan. While plot details remain under wraps, the film is expected to hit theaters in the second half of 2026. Director Homi Adajania, who also helmed the original Cocktail (2012), is returning to direct the sequel.The original Cocktail film, starring Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, and Diana Penty, was a modern love triangle exploring themes of friendship and romance.
