Paris Hilton, a leading Hollywood actress and businesswoman recently opened up about her Attentive Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD). She spoke about normalising the condition while also mentioning the song
she wrote about her journey called ADHD. Paris also gave a sneak-peak into her growing years and no reassurance from the surrounding since 'no one talked about it'. 'If they were, it was negative like oh, you are a bad kid, you can't focus, you are dumb,' she boldly explained.

Paris Hilton explained her journey of growing with ADHD and her thought while writing a song about it. She mentioned, "I thought about whether it would be weird to write a song called ADHD, I was like I never heard a popstar sing about that and she (Sia) was like, 'that's why its so empowering'. When I was 13, no one was talking about ADHD and even if they were, it was like negative, 'Oh, you are a bad kid, you can't focus, you are dumb.' That's all I knew about it, I didn't know all the good things about it. And that's why I really wanted to spread the message to people all around the world with ADHD that I wouldn't be the woman I am today without it.
