Akashdeep Saigal is finally ready to make his much-awaited acting comeback after 8 years. The actor will soon be seen in Ektaa Kapoor's show, Naagin 7. Starring Priyanka Chahar Choudhary in the lead role,

the show premiered on December 27, 2025. Ever since news of Akashdeep's comeback surfaced online, fans have been excited and waiting to watch him return on the screen. Now, in an exclusive interview with Zoom, Akashdeep has opened up about doing the show. The actor revealed how he is going to approach his role in Naagin 7.

When Akashdeep was asked if he feels an added pressure to live up to people's expectations, the Naagin 7 actor told us, "See, if I say no lines also, the audiences are going to love me. I'll tell you that. It is my destiny. And the ones who want to hate me, they'll anyway hate me. And it's okay because I'm playing a baddie, which everybody knows. So they must hate me, right?"

The actor further expressed, "So as an actor, I can only say this, that whatever my role is or what I'm to be doing over there, I will just play my part without thinking anything about how fruitful it is going to be, if people are going to love it or not."Akashdeep added that he will just shoot the arrow and leave it to the universe. "Then whatever the fruits will be of it; it will be. It's something I don't wish to control. But I can only know this one thing since it is the seventh season and Naagin is so famous and a successful show, it will be great only. It's Ektaa, you know. She has thought about something. So, when she thought about bringing me in it, so she knows. It is going to be special."
