Panday and Lakshya's Chand Mera Dil trailer is finally here! Days after unveiling its teaser and three songs, the trailer was released today (May 11). Directed by Vivek Soni, the show revolves around the lives of Aarav and Chandni. The official glimpse takes us through the ups and downs of their intense love story. It begins with Lakshya's Aarav repeatedly apologising to Ananya's character. This is followed by happy moments in their relationship. Ananya Panday shared the official trailer of Chand Mera Dil on X. While sharing the trailer, the actress penned, "A love story that’s not perfect, not planned, just a little real." At one point in the trailer, Ananya's Chandni can be heard telling someone over the call that 'izzat pyaar se badi hoti hai'. Take a look at full trailer below:

That said, Chand Mera Dil will premiere on JioHotstar after its theatrical run ends. However, the OTT release date has not been locked yet. On the other hand, the romantic musical has averted box office clash with Varun Dhawan and Pooja Hedge's Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai. Both movies were supposed to set release on May 22. While Chand Mera Dil will arrive on the same date, Varun's romantic comedy has been pushed to June 5. Vivek Soni on Chand Mera Dil's title track In an official statement, director Vivek Soni said that Chand Mera Dil's title track is close to his heart because it capture feels in simplest and honest form. The filmmaker added that it's a song which gently draws one into the film, its characters and emotion. "Seeing it resonate so strongly with listeners already has been incredibly special. I hope it becomes something personal for them, in their own way," he added.

Meanwhile, Chand Mera Dil has been produced by Dharma Productions, and its music is done by Sachin-Jigar. Faheem Abdullah has crooned the title track. Apart from Ananya and Lakshya, the film's star cast includes Aastha Singh, Elvis Jose and Pratham Rathod. This movie was earlier set to release in theatres on March 4.
