Here’s
the latest development in the 2024 Salman Khan residence firing case. A special Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) in Mumbai has framed charges against five people, including two alleged shooters. A trial will start once the charges are framed.
Charges framed against 5 accused of Salman Khan residence firing case
According to a PTI report, Judge Mahesh Jadhav has framed the charges against Vickykumar Gupta, Sagarkumar Pal, Sonukumar Bishnoi, Rafiq Sardar Choudhari and Harpal Singh after they pleaded not guilty. Apart from them, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, his brother Anmol Bishnoi and Ravtaram Swami have been named as the wanted accused in the case. The five accused are currently in judicial custody. Anujkumar Thapan, who was arrested in the same case, allegedly died by suicide in police custody. The arrested accused, along with the absconded people, were involved in the criminal conspiracy against Salman Khan. They are acting members of an organised crime syndicate headed by Lawrence Bishnoi.

Let us tell you, Harpal Singh provided the information collected by Choudhari, who had conducted a recce to find details about Salman Khan’s house, to the wanted accused. For the unversed, the incident took place in the early hours of the morning on April 14, 2025. Two motorcyclists, Vicky Gupta and Sagar Pal, allegedly opened fire outside Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment in Bandra, Mumbai. Stay tuned for more updates!
