Rohit
Shetty recently became the target of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi last night, on January 31. The filmmaker is now among the targeted celebrities from the Hindi film industry including Salman Khan, AP Dhillon, Badshah, Kapil Sharma, and Munawar Faruqui. With the gangster taking responsibility of the fire shots, it has now come out that the Singham Again director has cancelled all the plans for the next two days and has also asked his close friends like Ajay Devgn to not visit him. This comes after a open warning to the 'entire Bollywood' by Shubham Lonkar, Arju Bishnoi, and Hari “Boxer” Hasan Sambhu.
Rohit Shetty terminates every plan for next 48 hours
Sources close to news portal India Today have now reported that Rohit Shetty has called off all the plans as a cooperation to the Mumbai police. The filmmaker's Juhu house has been put under security with Shetty giving his statements and being involved in the investigation. "He is attending to all his worried friends and colleagues only via calls and message," and has asked them not to visit him at home. For the unversed, Rohit Shetty’s Juhu residence is now under
surveillance by Mumbai Police after four gunshots were heard nearby. It has now come out that Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi has claimed responsibility. What also raised concern was their warning to "the entire Bollywood." The gang mentioned that they had warned Shetty multiple times not to interfere in their work, but he did not seem to understand their warnings and consider. They added that the recent firing was a “small trailer” to convey their message, and if he still failed to understand, the next shot would not be fired inside the bedroom.
