Recent reports claimed that Aamir will star in Lokesh Kanagaraj's next movie and also the Dadasaheb Phalke biopic. Amid this, a new report suggested that Khan will be seen in Shark Tank India fame Ashneer Grover's biopic. He has read the script and the film is in the pre-production stage as per the report.
Is Aamir Khan doing Ashneer Grover Biopic?
As per a report of Bollywood Hungama,
Aamir Khan is likely to be seen in Shark Tank India fame and BharatPe's former co-founder, Ashneer Grover's biopic. A source told the portal, "Aamir has read it and loved it; he is doing this film. It's in the pre-production stage. It's also very relatable as Ashneer is an extremely popular figure with today's audience."
The source also added that the biopic will be produced and directed by Rahul Mody (script writer of movies like Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety and Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar). For the unversed, Rahul has been grabbing headlines for his rumoured relationship with Shraddha Kapoor.
Who Is Ashneer Grover?
Ashneer Grover graduated with a Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) in civil engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) certificate from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad. Grover rose to fame and became a household name after he appeared as a judge in Shark Tank India's maiden season. He also released his memoir called
Doglapan (double standards) - The Hard Truth about Life and Start-ups. For the unversed, Grover is the former co-founder and managing director (MD) of the Indian fintech company BharatPe.

Aamir Khan is reportedly focusing on his 'dream' project, the Mahabharat adaptation and also a project with director Lokesh Kanagaraj. Notably,
Lahore 1947, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and starring Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta and also
Ek Din, starring his son Junaid Khan and Sai Pallavi, are produced by Aamir Khan Productions.
Lahore 1947 is scheduled to release in theatres on August 13, 2026, coinciding with the Independence Day weekend. On the other hand,
Ek Din, remake of the 2016 Thai romantic drama film, One Day, will hit theatres on May 1, 2026.
