Indian film director Milap Milan Zaveri, known for films like Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat, Satyamev Jayate, Marjaavaan, and many more, has announced a new release date for his upcoming film Tera Yaar Hoon Main. Earlier in February, the makers announced a release date of May 22. The film stars Aman Indra Kumar and Akanksha Sharma as the leads. This love story might once again light up the big screen.

Tera Yaar Hoon Main Release Date

Directed by Milap Zaveri, the film introduces a new face to the audience. Aman Indra Kumar, son of Dhamaal director Indra Kumar, makes his debut with this love story, opposite Akanksha Sharma. Since the release date has shifted from May 22, it is now scheduled for theatrical release on July 31, 2026. The makers revealed the new date with a promotional poster on their social media handles. The caption offered fans a glimpse of the upcoming chemistry. “Get ready for Love, Friendship, Emotions and Music, " the post read. The film is also a musical entertainer, packed with love, drama, comedy, action, and, of course, unforgettable music, as hinted by the filmmakers. “Mark your calendars and save the date- 31 July 2026,” they concluded, emphasising the importance of the date.

Earlier, Ajay Devgn and Aamir Khan graced the promotional event for the film on June 28, 2025, which sparked a huge buzz on the internet. The shift in release date probably comes upfront, as Ananya Pandey and Lakshya Lalwani’s Chand Mera Dil is set to release on the same day, May 22. The makers' move is to avoid the clash with another musical romance-drama and give audiences a mid-year pull.
