Why Is Karuppu Facing Delay?
The real reason behind
Karuppu's last-minute release chaos is reportedly unresolved financial issues between the producers and financiers. Around Rs 10 crore in dues remain unpaid in Tamil Nadu, and until those are settled, the film cannot release smoothly across theatres.Director RJ Balaji broke down in an emotional video on Instagram, appearing teary-eyed as he apologised to fans. He said he did not have a concrete answer to the situation but added that the producers were doing their best to resolve the hurdles at the earliest. In a tweet, Balaji also told fans to keep the faith, writing that Karuppu will sail through all obstacles just like it has before. He added that the film has faced hurdles throughout its 32-month journey, but God has always made things work out. He believes the same will happen this time.
