Happy Patel follows the story of a very unlikely spy. Vir Das plays Happy Patel, an agent who has failed his MI7 exams seven times. Just when it seems like his career is over, he is handed a mission that changes everything. He is told that he is actually from India and is sent to Goa with one simple instruction to blend in with the locals.Once in Goa, things quickly spiral out of control. Happy meets his love interest, played by Mithila Palkar, but she turns out to be nothing like the perfect girl he imagined. Mona Singh plays the main antagonist, Mama, a powerful don with a striking new look.The final moments of the trailer are crowd pleasers. First comes Imran Khan, reuniting with Vir Das after Delhi Belly, and then Aamir Khan appears in a surprising avatar. All three actors sport questionable wigs, which almost feels like an inside joke.
