Today, Upasana and her twins got discharged from the Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad. The RRR star went to welcome the new members of his family and his wife earlier this morning (February 5). However, this time he went with a heavy security. Now, all are curious to know the reason behind them leaving the hospital amid heavy security.

After the birth of twins, Ram Charan visited the hospital with his elder daughter, Klin Kaara Konidela, the next day, and there, the father-daughter duo was mobbed by overenthusiastic fans. In a viral video, Ram was seen carrying Klin in his arms and trying to make his way to the entry gate of the hospital with the help of security. The video showed how difficult it was for them to enter the hospital due to fans. Due to such experience, Ram Charan went to the hospital to pick up his wife, Upasana, and twins with heavy security. They were seen sitting inside the car with their twins. The security guards protected their car while coming out the gate. This time, Ram decided to protect his family.
As per reports, Upasana Kamineni and the twins are absolutely fine. The Konidela family will have a grand celebration at home while welcoming the two new little bundles of joy to their house.

After welcoming twins, Ram Charan shared a picture with Upasana Kamineni from their maternity photoshoot in which the couple was seen posing with their two dogs in black outfits. The Magadheera actor stated that having two daughters and a son filled their lives with immense gratitude.
The actor mentioned that the women in his life have been his greatest strength. He thanked his fans, family and well-wishers for supporting him through every moment.
