According to a statement from Political Secretary P Hariprasad, Pawan Kalyan had been experiencing health-related issues for several months. The situation escalated when he felt severe discomfort while attending administrative discussions. Acting on medical advice, he cancelled official engagements and underwent hospital examinations, including an MRI.
Doctors later said that surgery was necessary and performed the procedure on Saturday evening. While the operation was successful, medical professionals advised a recovery period of about a week to ten days before he resumes official duties. However, they also said that complete recovery may take longer and would require ongoing precautions.
