Zinta is all set to make her comeback on the big screen with the Sunny Deol-starrer, Lahore 1947. The film is scheduled to be released on August 13, 2026, in theatres. Preity is currently enjoying the victorious phase of her IPL team, Punjab Kings, which has so far won all the matches. Recently, the Koi Mil Gaya actress conducted #PZChat on X, where she answered some of the interesting questions asked by her fans. During her interaction with a fan, Preity confessed that she hates paps when they click pictures of her and her kids without her consent.

Preity Zinta’s fan asked her what she would sacrifice out of fame, privacy and peace of mind. The actress replied to a fan named Saurabh Singh by stating that she has nothing to sacrifice. She further stated that she has learnt to accept things the way there are and manage her expectations. Preity calls herself a private person; hence, maintaining a balance between her personal and professional life is very difficult. She stated that she loves interaction with her fans but she doesn’t like when people or media cross boundaries. She said, “One has to set boundaries with people & the media. I don’t like it when people or media try to take photographs of my children ( that’s non-negotiable) & take pictures of me without asking cuz when anyone asks, I always say yes unless I’m in a rush to catch a plane or when i’m in a temple.” (sic)

Moreover, Preity Zinta confessed that she always says yes to clicking pictures unless she is in a hurry to catch a plane. But the actress admitted that she doesn’t like paps following her around and jumping at her out of nowhere. She finds it scary. The actress revealed that many actors of the current crop invite paps to come and photograph them. She feels it is necessary to be in the news, but she doesn’t believe in operating like it. She is okay with paps capturing her at events since it is their job. However, Preity Zinta hates it when they show up outside her gym or her building. She concluded her note by stating, “I’m also human & I need to stay grounded and have my downtime ! Having said that I am extremely grateful for all the opportunities I have and the fact that people love me so I’m not complaining, just being honest about how I feel.” (sic) Preity’s X post is going viral on social media and netizens have started reacting to it.
