According to her, filmmakers try to encash the success of the first installment for their next one by adding new elements to part 2. However, the majority of the sequels made in Bollywood failed miserably at the box office. According to Neena Gupta, Vadh 2 is a sequel to Vadh, but the story is completely different. The makers have kept the lead pairs the same and delivered a different story to the audience.
