3 Box Office Collection Day 11: The third installment of Mohanlal's Drishyam may have opened to mixed reviews, but it is unstoppable at the box office. Drishyam 3, directed by Jeethu Joseph, hit the big screen on May 21. It registered a solid BO opening with a collection of Rs 15.85 crore. Since then, the crime thriller has maintained a steady pace at the ticket window. Within 11 days of its theatrical run, Drishyam 3 has earned over Rs 90 crore. And it is now ready to touch the Rs 100 crore mark.

According to early estimates by Sacnilk, Drishyam 3 earned Rs 5.35 crore from 2,454 shows on day 11 at the box office. Considering it, the total collection of Mohanlal's crime thriller stands at a whopping Rs 96.7 crore at the ticket window. Needless to say, the Jeethu Joseph directorial will enter the Rs 100 crore club in India today (June 1).

That said, the movie has already surpassed the Rs 200 crore mark at the worldwide box office. After 11 days of its theatrical release, the global collection of Mohanlal's film is Rs 228.95 crore. For the unversed, the Malayalam film collected Rs 11.05 crore on day two, followed by Rs 13.7 crore and Rs 13.85 crore on day three and four. On the other hand, it made Rs 7.7 crore on day five, Rs 6.5 crore on days six, Rs 6.65 crore on day seven, Rs 6.65 crore on day eight, Rs 4.3 crore on day nine and Rs 5.1 crore on day ten,

Mohanlal expresses gratitude

After Drishyam 3 was released in theatres, Mohanlal expressed gratitude to people for embracing Georgekutty and his family as their own. The Malayalam superstar took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle and penned, "Drishyam 3 was made with immense love, passion, and gratitude, and seeing that love come back through your response has been deeply moving."The Drishyam 3 actor added that everyone's reviews, words and emotions mean much more than numbers can. He further thanked everyone for watching his film and connecting with it. Produced by Aashirvad Cinemas, the film features Mohanlal as Georgekutty while Meena plays Rani George.
