Priyanka Chopra Jonas took to her Instagram story and shared a screenshot of Zohran Mamdani addressing the supporters after winning the mayor’s elections in New York City. Let us tell you, Zohran is the first Muslim mayor of the US.

About Zohran Mamdani

Talking about Zohran Mamdani, he is an Indian-origin New York State Assemblyman. He was born in Kampala, Uganda. He is the son of Mira Nair and Mahmood Mamdani, an Indian-born Ugandan Marxist scholar. When Zohran was five, his family moved to Cape Town, South Africa. After two years, they relocated to New York City. Zohran Mamdani did his early education at the Bank Street School for Children in NYC.
