Khurrana’s next family entertainer, Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, brings back Aamir Khan’s iconic song Aaj Na Chhodunga Tujhe Dum Duma Dum from the cult romantic hit Dil. The film, co-starring Rakul Preet Singh, Sara Ali Khan and Wamiqa Gabbi, aims to evoke nostalgia and humour with the famous track. According to Ayushmann, the romantic comedy is an ode to '90s-style cinema where humour was clean. Taking the Pati Patni Aur Woh franchise further with the spiritual threequel, he plays Prajapati Pandey, a forest department officer who is accused of having extramarital affairs.
