Rohan, who works as a partner and service executive at Blueground in Dubai, is the great-grandson of legendary Bimal Roy. His mother, Chimoo Acharya, is the daughter of Rinki Roy Bhattacharya and Basu Bhattacharya. Rinki is Bimal’s daughter. Chimoo married Sumit Acharya, a Dubai-based corporate executive. While Anisha lives in Bengaluru with her parents, badminton legend Prakash Padukone and Ujjala Padukone, Deepika and Ranveer attended Drisha’s grandfather-in-law, veteran actor Dharmendra’s, funeral in Mumbai on November 24. Besides being a professional golfer, Anisha is working with Deepika on her charitable trust, LiveLoveLaugh. She is the Chief Executive Officer of LiveLoveLaugh of the trust founded in 2015 by the actress to give hope to every person experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression. I am a former member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council for Mental Health, and have played golf professionally, representing India at international tournaments.”A source close to the Padukones and Acharyas told Deccan Chronicle, “Ranveer Singh could well have played cupid. Ranveer’s parents and Sumit Acharya are very close. It’s a wonderful family, and Anisha and Rohan naturally clicked as they met over several gatherings.”The wedding date is yet to be announced in the media.
