power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh announced the news of their second pregnancy last month. Soon after the good news, DP resumed work and fulfilled her professional commitments. Earlier this month, she was in South Africa for the Cape Town schedule of her upcoming film with superstar Shah Rukh Khan, King. After completing the shoot there, she returned to Mumbai. The mom-to-be was spotted at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport on Wednesday night. Keeping it comfortable in an oversized outfit, she looked radiant as ever.

For her airport look, DP opted for a monochrome blue denim outfit. She added yellow sneakers for a pop of colour and brown sunglasses. Covering her baby bump in an oversized jacket, she walked out of the airport with her team. The Pathaan duo was seen shooting a romantic song sequence where they walked towards each other. The visuals reminded many fans of SRK's iconic moments.Reports claimed that dad-to-be Ranveer was being a hands-on parent and taking care of baby Dua while Deepika completed the shoot.

King marks the big screen debut of SRK's daughter, Suhana Khan. The ensemble cast also includes Raghav Juyal, Abhishek Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, Jackie Shroff, Arshad Warsi, and Rani Mukerji. The actioner is reportedly based on the 1994 French cult classic Léon: The Professional. It is said to revolve around a mentor and his disciple who go on a dangerous journey. The story is expected to be set across two timelines, showing SRK’s character at different stages of life. Earlier, Sujoy Ghosh was helming the film, but now Pathaan director Siddharth Anand is directing it. The music is composed by Sachin-Jigar, while the background score is handled by Anirudh Ravichander. There are also reports of a special Ed Sheeran track.Backed by Red Chillies Entertainment and Marflix Pictures, King is scheduled to release in cinemas on December 24, 2026. It is one of the most awaited films of the year.
