What is the story about?
With
only two episodes, Pluribus has already won over audiences with its unique storytelling. Created by Vince Gilligan, the Apple TV series follows Carol Sturka, played by Rhea Seehorn, as the only woman in America who is immune to a worldwide alien virus that turns humanity into a collective hive mind. The cynical romance writer has to figure out how to undo the effects of the devastating virus. The creator of Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul has a brief plan in mind, but here's why he deferred to the lead actress of the show when it came to the future of the show.
Vince Gilligan on future of new series Pluribus
The filmmaker attended PaleyFest NY after the release of the Apple TV series on November 7. On the red carpet, Gilligan was already being grilled on future seasons for the sci-fi show. He told Variety, "Take it with a grain of salt because when people asked me at this point in the run of Breaking Bad how long it should go, I would say two or three seasons.
