At the Bawliyanwala Border, where people can access the India-Pakistan border, the actors and singer Sonu Nigam met the Border Security Force (BSF) officers. Ahan shared a video from the Border 2 team’s visit to the Bawliyanwala Border on Instagram. In the video, Varun, Ahan and Sonu were seen singing Ghar Kab Aaoge with the BSF jawans, who welcomed them warmly. The song from Border 2 was later launched at the Tanot Mata temple in Jaisalmer in the presence of the Army officers, their families, media and fans.

Before launching the complete audio-visual version of
Ghar Kab Aaoge at the Tanot Mata temple in Jaisalmer, Varun, Ahan and Sonu were at the Bawliyanwala Border, where they shared some quality time and conversations around music and cinema with the BSF officers. Ahan’s caption read, “Hum hai kyunki voh hai (We are, because they are).” His father, Suniel Shetty, reacted to the post with a heart emoji.

Suniel was a part of J P Dutta’s
Border. His son, Ahan, is in the sequel. The latter shared a picture on Instagram on Friday and wrote, “They say a picture is worth a thousand words… but I don’t have the words for this. I only know what I feel. I grew up watching my father be part of Sandese Aate Hain. Today, I find myself a part of Ghar Kab Aaoge. Somewhere between then and now, life quietly came full circle. This isn’t about a song or a project, it’s about time, love, and a quiet gratitude I’ll carry it with me forever. A song that carries the unspoken emotions of every soldier, and the silent prayers of every family waiting back home.”
