Mohanlal is currently shooting for Drishyam 3’s final leg, and the viewers are very excited to see the third installment of the famous Malayalam franchise. Recently, the Mohanlal-starrer’s theatrical,
digital and airborne rights were purchased by Panorama Studios. After this deal, the speculations about whether Ajay Devgn’s Hindi and Venkatesh Daggubati’s Telugu adaptations might release along with the Malayalam version. However, Jeethu Joseph, who is the director of a Malayalam version, has issued a clarification over the same.
Jeethu Joseph issues clarification
A post is currently going viral on social media, in which Jeethu Joseph reacted to the question related to the release date of Drishyam 3. He told the user that the Malayalam version of Drishyam 3 will be released first. In the response, Jeethu Joseph said, “No...we will release first after 2 months; only they can release.” Earlier, Panorama Studios announced that they have acquired the rights of Drishyam 3 from the Malayalam production house, Aashirvad Cinemas.

Ajay Devgn adapted it in Hindi and released the first version in 2014. The second installment was released in 2022. The Drishyam franchise became popular across India, as the film has also been adapted in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Sinhala, Mandarin and many other languages.
