Recently, Delhi High Court has issued notice on a plea filed by actor Naga Chaitanya over allegedly defamatory content and false reports concerning his relationship with Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The petition also seeks protection of his personality rights, including the unauthorised use of his name, image, and videos. According to his counsel, advocate Vaibhav Gaggar, Justice Jyoti Singh’s bench passed an interim order on May 29 restraining the use of Naga Chaitanya’s name and images. The court also issued notices to websites that published or hosted content containing allegations related to his relationship with Samantha Ruth Prabhu.
