Talking to Zoom, Daboo said, "He has to understand that, 150-200 cameras are running, so do you think you'll get away? No, you can't get away. You said it, they caught it, and the controversy begins. They count everything negatively said as pure insult, it's under the belt, it's wrong. So steadily he's improving, he's playing smartly, he's not saying anything like that anymore but he gets caught when he thinks nobody's watching."

Further, he added, "It's his own thought that's being blown out of proportion, it happens, it will be blown out of proportion. Any interpretation, any word, say the word 'dogla', how many meanings can it have? It means, he cheated his friend, his sister, his parents, his brother, it can mean anything.

Listing his top 5 finalists of this season, Malik said, "After watching this show closely, I felt there is something that you cannot decide beforehand, the dynamics keep on changing. But, some things are a given. You're going to have Bajaj, Gaurav, Ashnoor, Amaal, Tanya. These people are going to be, they are going to run towards the top five, that's the feeling I get."
