It is confirmed! The Mahesh Bhatt and Anand Pandit presentation, Haunted 3D: Ghosts Of The Past official trailer has been released in the theatres with James Cameron's Avatar: Fire And Ash 3D version.
Helmed by Vikram Bhatt, in association with Promoedge Media P Ltd, the film will hit the theatres on February 6, 2026. This came after the film was delayed from its earlier release date of November 21, 2025. The delay was due to Bhatt’s mother being unwell since the beginning of the year and her passing in September.

Mahesh Bhatt, Vikram Bhatt and Anand Pandit have brought the much-awaited official trailer of their upcoming film Haunted 3D: Ghosts Of The Past after much delay. The film's trailer is in theatres along with James Cameron's Avatar: Fire And Ash released today, December 19. When Vikram Bhatt spoke about the reason for delay
Last moth, a week before the film's release, the director has confirmed the delay in an interview with Bollywood Hungama. He spoke about his late mother, specifying that due to her passing, he was unable to do, 'amount of VFX work required.' "We generated a lot of VFX plates for the background. But that didn't look real enough. Hence, we went and shot a couple of scenes for 10-12 days," he explained.
