TRP (Television Rating Points) have always been an integral part of every daily soap maker’s life. They keep their eyes on Thursday to know how their shows performed last week. Like every week, Broadcast Audience Research Council (BARC) shared the top 10 shows’ list and its TRP numbers of week 49. The viewers will definitely get a big shock after knowing that their favourite Rupali Ganguly’s show, Anupamaa, which ruled at number 1 for several weeks, has been dethroned by Salman Khan-hosted Bigg Boss 19’s grand finale episode this week. It’s hard to believe how the things changed as the BB 19 finale turned out to be the most watched episode of week 49. Apart from that, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, which always stayed strong in the top 5, has now slipped
to the 10th spot. We must say, the week 49 TRP report is nothing but a gamble of the audience’s love and content on the small-screen. So, let’s have a look at the top 10 shows of week 49 as per TRP ratings.
Bigg Boss 19 Grand Finale – 2.2
Bigg Boss 19 grand finale episode was telecast on December 7, 2025, on Colors TV. Interestingly, the audience gave a solid response to it, because of which it turned out to be the number 1 show of week 49. It has garnered 2.2 ratings and dethroned Anupamaa from the number 1 spot. For the unversed, Gaurav Khanna emerged as the winner of the Salman Khan-hosted show.
Anupamaa – 2.1
Rupali Ganguly’s Anupamaa, which was in the top position for several weeks, slipped to number 2 due to a solid response to the Bigg Boss 19 grand finale episode. The Rajan Shahi-produced show has a lot of twists and turns that always manage to keep the audience hooked for a long time. But sadly, the show could only manage to mint 2.1 ratings in week 49.
Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 – 2.0
Smriti Irani’s comeback show, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2, has been maintaining its strong hold in the list. The show has not witnessed growth in its ratings, as it minted 2.0 points in week 49. It has to be noted that the ongoing track of the Ekta Kapoor-produced show has left the audience excited, as Tulsi will take a stand for herself after being betrayed by Mihir for the second time.

Laughter Chefs 3 – 1.9
Colors TV’s yet another hilarious reality show, Laughter Chefs season 3, is now doing wonders on the small screen. With new cast members and the old ones, the celebrity contestants’ jugalbandi in the kitchen is being loved by the audience. Owing to the show’s hilarious content, Laughter Chefs 3 managed to mint 1.9 ratings and secured fourth position in week 49.
Tum Se Tum Tak – 1.9
Zee TV’s Tum Se Tum Tak, which also marks Sharad Kelkar’s comeback to the small-screen has impressed the audience with its ongoing track. It has garnered 1.9 ratings in week 49 and secured the fifth position in the list. We must say, Sharad Kelkar’s charm is still driving the viewers crazy.
Udne Ki Aasha – 1.8
Kanwar Dhillon and Neha Harsora-starrer Udne Ki Aasha is a unique show that has humour, emotions and drama. The lead actors’ performances and the plot keep the audience hooked. Owing to its interesting plot, Udne Ki Aasha managed to earn 1.8 ratings and secured the sixth spot.
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah – 1.8
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is the only sitcom on Indian television which always manages to secure its position in the top 10. The Dilip Joshi-starrer is the longest-running sitcom on Indian television. Due to its ongoing plot, TMKOC secured the seventh spot with 1.8 ratings.

Ganga Maai Ki Betiyaan – 1.8
Ganga Maai Ki Betiyaan starring Sheezan Khan and Amandeep Sidhu, is one of the most loved shows on Indian television. In a very short period of time, the show managed to win the hearts of the masses. It is on eighth position with 1.8 ratings.
Vasudha – 1.8
Vasudha is also giving tough competition to other shows. The Zee TV show is a Hindi adaptation of a Marathi show, Paru. Now, it has started gaining momentum. Vasudha is on ninth position with 1.8 ratings.
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai – 1.7
There was a time when Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata would stay strong in the top 3 positions. However, the show has now started witnessing a dip in its numbers. The Rajan Shahi-produced show has slipped to 10th position with 1.7 ratings. Stay tuned for more updates!
