Singapore premiere horror
During the Singapore premiere, a fan managed to sneak through security and reach Ariana's side. He jumped up and down after reaching her with an arm around the singer-actress. Ariana was walking the yellow carpet (to signify the Yellow Brick Road from Oz) with co-stars Cynthia, Michelle Yeoh, and Jeff Goldblum when she was assaulted by the fan. Erivo rushed to her side to protect her. After he was escorted away by security, the fan tried to get on the red carpet again. On Monday, November 17, the fan was jailed in Singapore. According to BBC News, the 26-year-old Johnson Wen was found guilty of being a public nuisance in Singapore. Surprisingly, the Australian man shared the video of himself charging at Ariana and bypassing security on social media.
