Balakrishna's Akhanda 2: Thaandavam which released in cinemas on December 12 opened to mixed reviews at the box office. The action drama sequel, written and directed by Boyapati Sreenu, which was first set to hit screens on December 5 cleared legal hurdles and made way to cinema halls after a week's delay. Now that it has completed its theatrical run, here's where to catch the Telugu film this week as it makes its OTT debut ahead of Sankranthi. Akhanda 2: Thaandavam will be able to watch in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam online, apart from the original Telugu version.

The sequel introduces a new antagonist, played by Aadhi Pinisetty, who is portrayed as someone with supernatural powers. Talking about his role in the film. Aadhi Pinsetty said he said yes to the film without reading the script. For the first time in his career, Aadhi revealed that he didn’t even listen to the story before taking the role. “When Boyapati garu approached me and said I would be playing opposite Balayya garu, I didn’t ask about the story. I only asked, ‘Am I good enough? Is it strong?’ Boyapati garu was confident, so I trusted him and accepted the role,” he said.
