'Shiva Rajkumar Will Dub In Four Languages For Gummadi Narsaiah', Says Director Parameshwar Hivrale - Exclusive

superstar Shiva Rajkumar, who starred in more than 125 films, is now all set to mark his innings with the Telugu film Gummadi Narsaiah. He is set to play titular role of politician Gummadi Narsaiah in a biopic. The film’s first look poster was recently unveiled and it delighted fans. In an exclusive chat with Zoom, the filmmaker Parameshwar Hivrale, has opened up about the upcoming project.

Shiva Rajkumar Gears Up To Shoot For Gummadi Narsaiah

While the film is yet to go on floors soon, Shiva Rajkumar, meanwhile is busy prepping up for the part. Speaking to Zoom exclusively, director Parameshwar shares that the superstar is determined to pull the role with authenticity. “Shiva Rajkumar Sir loved the script in the first narration,” shares the director. Since the film will be made and released in multiple languages , the superstar wanted to dub his lines in the respective languages. “He loved the essence and spirit of Gummadi Narsaiah so much that he said that he would dub for the lines in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi. His words have given us crazy confidence.”

Produced by N Suresh Reddy under Pravallika Arts Creations, the Pan India film is being made on a massive scale.For a realistic portrayal of the character, Shiva Rajkumar is also watching the videos of Narsaiah and stories that shaped the life of the politician. “Even though sir is a superstar, his prep has been clinical. It’s inspiring and driving all of us,” shares the director. Gummadi Narsaiah was a 5-time MLA from Yellandu Assembly constituency (Telangana). He is known for his simplicity and historic struggles for the rights of tribes, farmers and toiling masses. Parameshwar states that the way Narsaiah championed the cause inspired him to make a film on the personality. “I wanted to bring the spirit with which Narsaiah ji led his life. It’s imperative that Gen Z understands the principles on which his life was based. And with someone like Shivarajkumar Sir portraying him is a blessing for us.”
