BTS takes its ARIRANG promotional campaign a notch higher everytime fans log in to their social media accounts. K-pop's iconic band comprising Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook is gearing up for its big comeback with their fifth studio album. It will also hold a free concert titled BTS The Comeback Live: Arirang at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul, and an extensive world tour spanning 2026-2027. And as a prelude to all the excitement, unexplained red billboards, an unknown Spotify EP and a suspenseful question - "What Is Your Love Song?" has engulfed the globe. And even before ARMYs could decode the symbols, which seemingly also ties up with the Valentine's Day, a mysterious prompt started appearing on Instagram profiles worldwide, leaving
fans guessing.
BTS takes over Instagram notes
On February 10, BTS took over Instagram too. In what appears to be another tease for their
ARIRANG, the wave has now hit Instagram notes where the same "
What Is Your Love Song?" question pops up either paired with BTS images like Jungkook's photo or hanbok teasers, matching HYBE's promotions for the band's first full-group album since it released
BE in 2020. Fans have, ever since, been sharing screenshots confirming the Instagram surprise.
Red billboards swamp Seoul, NYC and London
This comes a day after red banners with the phrase wrapped Seoul buildings and lightsticks. The displays surfaced in Seongsu, followed by New York and London. Billboards illuminated Times Square too. Even Spotify shows a matching playlist allowing fans to vote for BTS tracks into love categories like self-love or healing.Though HYBE has not given any explanation regarding the "What is Your Love Song?" chain of promotions, it ties up with the traditional Korean folk song
Arirang that symbolizes longing and reunion, mirroring the group's time away for solo work and military service.
